Claims
An endoprosthesis of the
femoral head containing a head connected to the intraosseous shaft,
characterized in that the head provided with a through hole is connected to an
intraosseous shaft having a through channel connected to the lateral and medial
bone plates having stiffeners, openings and supporting platforms, and in the
holes of the lateral osseous plate without backlash are fitted with screws
connected to the medial osseous plate; in addition, a flexible element is
passed through the hole in the head and the channel of the rod, one end of
which is connected to the lateral osseous plate, and the other end is attached
to the bones of the pelvis or to the acetabular component.
