Claims

A hip prosthesis containing a femoral component provided with a head, the upper surface of which is congruent with the lower surface of the body of the acetabular component, characterized in that the head is made in the form of a segment of the ball, provided with ledges and a porous coating on the lower surface and connected to a shaft having a through channel connected with a lateral osseous plate connected to the medial osseous plate, and a flexible element is passed through the channel of the rod, one end of which is connected to the lateral osseous plate a plate, and the other end with a bowl of the acetabular component equipped with fasteners connected to the body of the acetabular component, the upper surface of which has ledges and a porous coating.
