Claims

A hip prosthesis containing an acetabular component made in the form of a shaped bowl with protrusions on the outer surface, and a femoral component, characterized in that the bowl placed in the fossa of the acetabulum of the pelvis is provided with fastening elements, one of which is made in one with the bowl to which from the side of the inner concave surface, one of its ends is attached, a flexible element, the other end of which is connected to the femoral component, and the outer surface of the bowl may have a porous coating.
