c. Caput superius, cujus fossae ligamentum rotundum infigitur.
2.) Ligamentum teres est breve, attamen validissimum oritur in fundo
acetabuli & jungitur fossae in superiori parte condyli femoris.

с. In the upper part of the
head there is a recess in which the round ligament is attached.
2.) The round ligament is short but very strong; it arises at the bottom
of the acetabulum and joins the fossa at the top of the femoral condyle.
