Claims

A method for arthroscopy of a hip joint by introducing an optical system and instruments into its acetabular part, characterized in that they are inserted from lateral access through one or more through channels made in the femur in the direction from its outer side to the femoral head, and during examination the acetabular part of the joint, the patient turns so that this hip joint is below the opposite.
