Claims

A method of treating a pathological dislocation of the thigh by accessing the hip joint, modeling the medial part of the femoral neck and its positioning in the acetabulum of the pelvis, characterized in that grooves are formed in the lateral part of the femoral neck and pelvic bones, in which the tendon of the iliopsoas muscle is located and fixed.
