Claims

Method of plasty of the ligament of the femoral head, the tendon of the iliopsoas muscle with a bone fragment, with the formation of a channel in the head and neck of the femur, characterized in that the tendon of the iliopsoas muscle is dissected longitudinally with the formation of two portions, one of which is cut off from the femur with a fragment of the lesser trochanter, which is held under the transverse ligament of the acetabulum and is fixed to the head of the femur, and a portion of the tendon of the iliac - lumbar muscle, which is recreated binding of the femoral head is attached to the transverse acetabular ligament, obturator membrane, the hip joint capsule and other surrounding tissues.
