Claims

Method of plasty of the femoral head ligament by arthrotomy of the hip joint, formation of channels in the head and neck of the femur and in the acetabulum of the hip bone, characterized in that the channel in the head and neck of the femur is performed through the fossa of the femoral head, and the channel in the acetabulum is performed in area of the notch, through the last is a tendon graft with a bone fragment, the dimensions of which are larger than the diameter of the channel, a tendon graft is attached to the transverse ligament of the acetabulum, and its o the free end is held through the channel in the head and neck of the femur and is fixed.
