Claims
A total hip joint prosthesis containing an acetabular
component articulated with a femoral component made in the form of a shaped rod
provided with a neck connected to a spherical articulated head, characterized
in that the upper part of the femoral component has a support platform in the
form of a broken plane, ledges and through holes threaded for screws, as well
as oblique longitudinal flat protrusions located on the front and rear
surfaces, and forming obtuse angles with the long axis of the femoral component
shaft , the bisectors of which have an outward-downward direction, and the
acetabular component is made in the form of a shaped ring having a figured
hole, one of the surfaces of which is spherically concave and mated with a
hinged head, and the other is convex, equipped with protrusions and a shaped
recess, in addition, the acetabular component contains a shaped flange having
threaded holes for screws, the axes of which are not parallel to the
longitudinal axis of the acetabular component, to which an elastic-elastic ring
in contact with the hinge head is connected, with which connected, one of its
ends, a flexible element, the other end of which is connected to the acetabular
