Claims

A total hip prosthesis containing a femur component, fixed in the femur, connected to a hinge head with a sleeve installed in the cavity of the hinge socket, closed with a flexible, hermetic cuff equipped with a circular expansion, filled with bioinert antifriction medium with antiseptic properties, and the socket in the cavity of the acetabular component, mounted in the acetabulum of the pelvis and provided with an external thread and a supporting shaped side, characterized in that the cavity of the hinge socket has a shaped recess, and the hinge head installed in the cavity of the socket of the hinge is fixed with an elastic ring and has the possibility of rotation and longitudinal movement, and a flexible element is attached to the hinge head, the free end of which is withdrawn from the cavity of the hinge socket and connected to the ring made of metal with shape memory connected to the acetabular component and securing the hinge socket and the acetabular component in the bone in its cavity, moreover, the ring has fastening elements in the form of curly protrusions and shaped plates, the number of which can be one or more.
