Claims

A complete hip joint prosthesis containing an acetabular component having protrusions on the outer surface, articulated with a spherical head of the femoral component, made in the form of a shaped rod provided with a leg and a neck, characterized in that the upper part of the femoral component contains a support pad and a longitudinal channel with thread in which the screw is installed, the leg contains through transverse holes, some of which have threads for screws connecting the leg with the osseous plates, and spherically the head is equipped with a through hole with a movable sleeve installed in it, the longitudinal axis of the hole of which coincides with the longitudinal axis of the through oblique channel passing through the neck and leg, intersecting the longitudinal channel inside it, and the acetabular component is made in the form of a spherical bowl with holes for screws in which the liner is installed, in the form of a segment of a spherical shell in which a spherical head is installed, the edges of the acetabular component have a rim with shaped protrusions having through holes threaded for screws, and in the bottom of the acetabular component a through hole is made in which a sleeve is installed through which a flexible element passes, one end of which is attached to the pelvic bone, and the other end, passed through the sleeve of the spherical head and the through oblique channel of the leg, is fixed a screw installed in the longitudinal channel, in addition, the shaped protrusions of the rim of the acetabular component and the femoral component are connected by flexible elements, and the femoral component and the pelvic bone are connected by flexible, elastic elements.
