Claims

A hip prosthesis containing an acetabular component in the form of a cup with a spherical cavity, a support flange, fastening elements and a femoral component in the form of a shank with a neck, a support platform, a removable head, a corrugated cuff filled with antifriction fluid, characterized in that the supporting platform having screw holes is made in the form of a broken plane, the edges of which are bent towards the lower end of the shank, the upper end of which is provided with ledges and a porous coating, the shank interacts with a longitudinally movable wedge-shaped rod, the upper end of which is threaded and installed in a special a vertical channel, which is equipped with a support platform, and in a spherical cavity having a shaped recess, a head is mounted connected to the acetabular component by an internal flexible element, the head being provided with a sleeve connected to the acetabular component by a cuff having circular expansion and filled with bioinert antifriction fluid with antiseptic properties, and the head interacts with an elastically deformable ring connected to the base of the acetabular component, made in the form of a cylinder equipped with an external thread, the depth of which increases from the base having a supporting flange with curved edges, to an apex having a circular protrusion, in addition, osseous plates are connected to the support platform, the wedge-shaped rod, the femoral and acetabular components, and the support side of the acetabular component is connected to external flexible elements, the ends of which are connected to the femoral component, and can also be connected to the osseous plates and bones in which are fixed prosthesis components.
