Claims

1. Unipolar endoprosthesis of hip joint of the design of S.V. Arkhipov comprising a removable head and a leg, fixedly connected by means of conjugated conical surfaces, in the form of a rod having a shank in the distal part, and in the proximal part, a support platform with a neck fixed to it at an angle to the longitudinal axis of the leg, having a conical surface connected to the corresponding conical hole in the removable head, characterized in that the removable head contains a through hole through which a flexible artificial ligament of the head passes, one end motionless with of the connections with the element attaching ligaments to bones and the other with a leg, it is fixedly attached by its ends artificial ligament flexible legs which their second ends are attached to the element attaching ligaments to bones, wherein one number of legs and a tangles.

2. The endoprosthesis according to claim 1, characterized in that the removable head from the side of its connection with the neck is covered by a flexible artificial ligament in the form of a loop, with dimensions that ensure its retention on the head, and fixed at its ends to the ligament fastening element to the bones.

3. The endoprosthesis according to claim 1, 2, characterized in that a groove is made on the surface of the conical opening of the removable head, in which a flexible artificial ligament of the head passing through the through hole in the removable head is fixedly fixed between the conical surface of the neck and the surface of the groove.

4. The endoprosthesis according to claim 1-3, characterized in that the leg has a cavity, and the shank is made in the form of a collet, which includes a screw with a spacer wedge, the screw protruding above the surface of the proximal end of the leg, on the outer surface of the shank are made of rotational screw grooves , oblique transverse protrusions and depressions.

5. Endoprosthesis according to 1-4 were, characterized in that the collet has three lobes formed with three screw-sectional view taken along the longitudinal axes of symmetry derotation helical grooves, the width of the grooves is made commensurate with a lobe width.

6. Endoprosthesis according p.1-5, characterized in that the proximal portion of the stem has a porous coating thereon and arranged derotation protrusions.

7. Endoprosthesis according p.1-6, characterized in that the proximal portion of the stem has tapped holes.

8. Endoprosthesis according p.1-7, characterized in that the support platform has two components, one of which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the leg and the other of the longitudinal axis of the neck, and the support platform covers the top end of the proximal femur.

9. Endoprosthesis according p.1-8, characterized in that the fastening element is formed ligaments to bones in the form of a rod having at one end of the longitudinal slits, and at the other end through a transverse bore and made of a metal with shape memory.

10. The endoprosthesis according to claim 1 to 9, characterized in that the proximal part of the removable head has the shape of a truncated ball, the middle part is the shape of a cylinder, and the distal shape of the truncated cone, with the large base facing the neck of the endoprosthesis leg.

11. An endoprosthesis according to claim 1-10, characterized in that the proximal part of the removable head has longitudinal recesses.

Vertebrates

VERTEBRATES According to the molecular clock, a specific method for dating phylogenetic events, vertebrates (Vertebrata) separated from arthropods (Arthropoda) 976±97 Ma (2004HedgesSB_ShoeJL). The latter began to dominate in species diversity with the Cambrian burst of radiation, which occurred 520 Ma (2010EdgecombeGD). This ratio in the fauna of the Earth is still preserved. Approximately 525 Ma, the phylum Chordates separated from the group of bilaterally symmetrical animals (1995ChenJY_ZhouGQ). In turn, the evolution of chordate organisms led to the formation of the first vertebrates at least 500 Ma, from which the jawed mouths 450-400 Ma descended, becoming the ancestors of the placoderms or "armored" fish (Placodermi) (1979 НаумовНП _ КарташевНН ).
